Happy New Year!!!  Here we go! Another trip around the sun!  

A new year with a book of blank pages upon which you get to write what goes there!

So many of us get concerned during the Holiday Season about what we eat and do between Christmas and New Year’s Day; however, it’s more important what we eat and do between New Year’s Day and Christmas.  

How about if we commit to doing just one thing daily that will improve our health – mentally, physically, emotionally or spiritually????  Just ONE thing?! Let’s not complicate our lives any more than they are

In fact, how about if we take things off our plates, schedules, and calendars this year???

How about we commit to doing less this year?  How about we commit to buying less this year? How about we commit to eating less this year..eating less sugar, eating less fried foods, eating less fast food, eating less food out of boxes and bags?  How about we commit to drinking less this year – less soft drinks, fruit juices, sugar-laden drinks??? How about we commit to spending less time on social media? How about we commit to spending less time watching the news, watching TV, watching things on the internet, watching things on YouTube???  How about we worry less this year? How about we talk about others less this year? How about we spend less time on things that really don’t matter?

We live in a society that thinks MORE is better….but….just maybe it’s not.

Maybe LESS is actually MORE

Just something to consider as you start this new year of life.

I hope that 2019 will be a year of abundant health – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual – in your life!
